In this full-time remote position, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive marital and family therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in the El Centro, California community. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s mental health status and needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique situations.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy that facilitate effective communication and promote change.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support, participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of treatment plans, therapy notes, and other relevant information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical supervision, training sessions, and attending workshops on emerging trends within the marriage and family therapy field.

• Uphold ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained while fostering a trusting environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population coping with various challenges, including relationship dysfunction, trauma, anxiety, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in providing therapy, particularly focusing on substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused interventions and a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues alike.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
