Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Resolve Wellness, you will:

• Assess the psychosocial needs of patients and their families, developing comprehensive and individualized care plans that address their unique challenges.

• Organize and prioritize your daily tasks by evaluating the needs of new, current, and discharging patients, ensuring that each case receives the appropriate attention and care.

• Utilize your diagnostic skills to identify and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders effectively.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapeutic goals with their specific needs.
\n
• Implement evidence-based, brief solution-focused therapy techniques while applying harm reduction strategies when necessary.

• Provide supportive interventions, including crisis management and bereavement counseling, ensuring patients and families receive holistic care.

• Adhere to all organizational and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and healthy environment for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals and families experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will have the opportunity to foster meaningful connections with clients and guide them through their therapeutic journey, ultimately aiming to improve their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current State Licensure as an LMFT or an equivalent credential is mandatory.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex client needs and ensure effective care delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy platforms and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will be advantageous.
