Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ needs through individual counseling sessions as well as joint therapy sessions with couples and families.
\n
• Developing and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating sessions that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at improving family dynamics and relationships.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards using our electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that include referrals to additional services when necessary.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings for case consultations and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. The patient population will often include families experiencing challenges related to job stress, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and transitional life events such as divorce or separation. Your expertise will play a critical role in supporting these clients as they navigate through their various challenges with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
