Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide bilingual psychotherapy services in both Spanish and English, utilizing strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
\n
• Deliver therapy sessions focused on individual and family dynamics, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or EMDR.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and take part in regular supervision, case consultations, and continuous professional development.

• Support clients' development by providing practical tools for coping with a range of challenges, from everyday stressors to significant life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. The clinic emphasizes sensitivity to the distinct needs of each client, recognizing the importance of tailoring therapeutic approaches to honor each family's customs, values, and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT License in good standing.
\n
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English to effectively deliver bilingual psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting working directly with children, families, and adults.
\n
• Strong skills in self-examination and empathy, with a genuine commitment to client welfare.
\n
• Must demonstrate a respectful and inclusive approach in addressing clients' cultural and individual needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or another evidence-based approach.

• Experience working with specific populations, such as LGBTQ+, those experiencing grief and loss, or individuals facing trauma.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, therapists may receive a sign-on bonus and access to benefits that support their professional and personal well-being.
