Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mental health services to clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
\n
• Employ behavior management strategies to monitor and guide client interactions and progress.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment planning and case management.

• Provide psychoeducation for families, equipping them with tools and strategies to support their loved one's mental health journey.

• Monitor client outcomes, documenting progress and adapting treatment modalities as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing relationship challenges to families dealing with complex emotional and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
