Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to address client concerns.

• Create customized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, incorporating assessments and therapeutic modalities appropriate for their situations.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective intervention strategies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
