Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions, both individual and group, to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to develop tailored treatment plans addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions.

• Employ active listening and clinical questioning techniques to assist clients in recognizing and expressing their feelings and behaviors.

• Document client progress accurately and comprehensively in accordance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.

• Foster a supportive and safe environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Open Hearts Mental Health Center, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients. Our population includes individuals and families experiencing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief, transitional life stages, and pain management concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of three years of documented experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a focus on individual and family therapy.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions, with a comfort level in navigating digital tools and video conferencing software.
