Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while still being part of our caring and professional team. The clinic's hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. We utilize telehealth platforms to conduct client sessions, supported by a robust system for managing patient records and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, understanding the unique challenges each client faces.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing information on treatment options and empowering them with self-care techniques.

• Track client progress meticulously, making data-driven adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to offer integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client's health.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorders to continuously refine and enhance treatment methodologies.

• Uphold accurate and confidential documentation as required by legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The LMFT will work primarily with clients experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and other related issues. Qualifications\n
