Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration, to inform effective treatment planning.

• Collaboratively develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique goals, preferences, and requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress through regular tracking and assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and medical specialists to provide integrated care, enhancing the holistic approach to client wellness.

• Stay informed on emerging research and clinical developments related to mood disorders, applying this knowledge to improve therapeutic practices.

You will primarily work with clients seeking support in managing mood disorders, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related fields from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated empathy, nonjudgmental attitudes, and compassion towards clients facing diverse experiences and challenges.

• Attractive annual salary ranging between USD 120,000 and USD 140,000, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
