Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, families navigating challenges, and individuals aiming to enhance their emotional health. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes understanding family systems, communication patterns, and dynamic interactions, which is essential to facilitating meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral science field is mandatory.

• A valid and active Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) license is required.
\n
• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
