This remote outpatient role allows for a flexible work-life balance, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions both remotely and in-person when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with California laws and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in weekly case consultations for shared insights and ongoing learning among team members.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques grounded in systems theory and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to relational conflict, emotional distress, trauma, and behavioral issues. Our therapists are trained to understand the impact of race, culture, gender, and socioeconomic factors on mental health, allowing us to offer tailored support that meets the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California, in good standing.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Strong foundational knowledge of systems theory, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics.

• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with the possibility of a fee-for-service model depending on the role type. Our benefits package includes:
