This role will be primarily remote, allowing you to provide impactful therapy from the comfort and convenience of your own space. Despite the remote work setting, our team maintains a close-knit culture, regularly engaging in virtual meetings and collaborative sessions to ensure cohesive support and ongoing professional development. You will be expected to work within designated hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans for diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and more.

• Provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to maintain therapeutic alliances and encourage openness and trust throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate a comprehensive approach to care, when necessary.

• Facilitate workshops or therapeutic groups to foster community support and shared healing experiences among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
