Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters open communication and healing.

• Regularly collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting progress via our secure electronic health record system.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and engage in continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to those dealing with relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
