Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine the needs, strengths, and goals of clients.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

• Consult with multidisciplinary team members, offering insights and strategies that enhance overall patient care.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Develop, document, and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring timely updates are reflected in client records.

• Act as a liaison with community agencies and resources to advocate for clients’ needs, connecting them to essential services.

• Engage in disposition planning and continue to support clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on adult and geriatric populations, with potential future expansion to include child and adolescent care. You will work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your ability to create meaningful therapeutic alliances will be crucial in fostering trust and facilitating positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in California.
\n
• Strong understanding of various clinical models and therapeutic techniques.

• Proven ability to establish effective rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Competence in writing clear, concise clinical notes and treatment summaries in alignment with established medical record policies.

• Knowledge of social work ethics and the scope of practice specific to mental health.

• Ability to conduct thorough mental status examinations and recognize changes in patients’ mental conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
