Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting joint sessions with couples, alongside individual therapy sessions as required.

• Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions for diverse issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records using our integrated electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborating closely with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for your patients.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and tailored treatment plans to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Participating in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to further develop clinical skills and remain current with best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a wide-ranging patient population which includes adults, children, and adolescents. You will address issues stemming from family dynamics like conflicts among siblings, divorce adjustments, blended family challenges, and individual stresses related to job and health issues. Your work will be pivotal in guiding families towards healthier communication patterns and resolving emotional difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
