Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing emotional and mental health challenges, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.

• Participate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and specialists to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating respect for their diverse cultural backgrounds and unique personal experiences.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify clients’ treatment needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions.

• Write and maintain concise, accurate case documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
