Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Radiant Solace, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs and preferences.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff—to coordinate holistic care solutions for patients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through regular case consultations and peer review sessions, thereby enhancing the quality of service.

• Providing educational support to patients and their families on various mental health concerns, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower their decision-making processes.

• Managing a full caseload effectively to ensure timely completion of treatment goals, all within the ethical framework provided by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our hospice center setting, you will be primarily working with patients facing terminal illnesses and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
