Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized clinical care by engaging directly with clients to assess their mental health needs, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Perform evidence-based assessments and screenings, utilizing developmentally appropriate tools to determine the needs of clients and guide treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health challenges and promoting recovery through evidence-based techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention, employing established protocols to manage acute mental health situations and ensure safety for clients and staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
