Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Provide individualized therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the diverse cultural and emotional needs of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to promote client engagement and recovery.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that outline specific goals, targeted interventions, and methods for monitoring progress toward achieving mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
