Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, identifying both strengths and challenges that inform treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customized to meet diverse client needs and cultural backgrounds, using evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline achievable goals, interventions, and methodologies, continuously monitoring progress.

• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and nursing staff—to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to client needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and crafting safety plans to manage acute mental health issues effectively.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs, facilitating connections with community resources to ensure access to supportive services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families coping with the emotional and psychological impacts of terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n
