Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions when necessary, and evaluate the effectiveness of caregiving strategies using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Create and implement individualized care plans that reflect cultural diversity and the specific needs of the patient population we serve, regularly reviewing progress and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment records and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving desired mental health outcomes.

• Actively focus on patient safety and symptom reduction throughout the treatment process, engaging with patients to guide them toward their goals.

• Serve as the primary liaison for referrals and coordinate resources among various treatment providers, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Provide educational mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, complementing their learning experience with practical insights into social work in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
