Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients to assess their mental health needs and provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on immediate presenting problems.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for in-depth assessments as needed, ensuring all evaluations are developmentally appropriate.
\n
• Create and implement personalized integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
\n
• Monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols while maintaining a focus on choice and empowerment principles.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as necessary, providing immediate support and solutions to stabilize clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, complete documentation and reports timely, and manage client meetings, admissions, and discharge processes as mandated.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees to enhance service delivery and promote quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with a diverse population of clients who may present with symptoms linked to major mental health conditions and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required; an LCSW license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
