Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will take on various clinical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health landscape and developing customized treatment plans in alignment with their specific needs and preferences.

• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches based on individual progress and challenges.

• Maintaining clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations and ensures accuracy and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

• Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals to optimize patient care.

• Offering ongoing education and resources to clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health issues and available community resources.

• Engaging in regular supervision and consultation meetings to reflect on clinical practices and enhance overall service delivery.

• Managing a diverse caseload effectively, ensuring clients meet their treatment goals while adhering to ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your work will primarily focus on individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, presenting a unique set of challenges that require sensitivity and expertise. This population may also include individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders, and your approach will be essential in supporting their journey toward holistic recovery and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, focusing on delivering psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
