This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while still fostering a sense of community among our dedicated staff. Despite the physical distance, we utilize various telehealth platforms and secure communication tools to ensure effective collaboration and care continuity. While our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evenings or weekends may be needed to accommodate our clients’ unique situations. On-call responsibilities may also arise, requiring your readiness to support urgent client needs. A flexible approach is essential in adapting to the dynamic environment of community health.

Key Responsibilities\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
