Key Responsibilities\n

Your role involves delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals with mental health difficulties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to determine patient needs and craft customized treatment plans that align with established best practices.

• Providing a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), among others, to cater to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards to ensure the integrity of patient care.

• Collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts to foster a holistic treatment approach.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to continuously enhance the quality and efficacy of services provided.

• Providing guidance and educational resources to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available support services within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in California.
