Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between clients, their families, and outpatient providers to ensure coordinated care.

• Engage with insurance companies for pre-authorization and utilization management to optimize client care.

• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare strategies, equipping clients with the necessary tools for continued success.

• Provide therapeutic meal support, emphasizing the development of healthy relationships with food through modeling and guidance.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the individual circumstances and intersecting identities of each client.

• Document case notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and various regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents within school settings. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
