Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify individual client needs, using various screening tools and standardized measures to inform your therapeutic approach.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, participating in case consultations, and brainstorming best strategies for complex cases.

• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards and reflect timely updates on client progress.

• Commit to staying informed about best practices and recent developments in mental health treatment methodologies, participating in professional development opportunities as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients undergoing detoxification or early recovery phases from substance use and mental health disorders. Your therapeutic interventions will target a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your approach will emphasize a holistic view of mental health, engaging clients in a way that recognizes their unique backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• At Mind Bloom, we offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
