Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information regarding clients' mental health status, personal strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to help clients address their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and recovery goals, ensuring regular updates and revisions based on progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation classes aimed at empowering clients with knowledge and tools needed for their recovery.

• Perform crisis intervention and safety planning as needed, leveraging assessment skills to identify risks and ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
