Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to inform your understanding and approach.

• Lead individual therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities to address various mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collect, analyze, and report on data related to client outcomes, employing metrics to assess treatment effectiveness and make informed adjustments.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors, to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the mental health field to enhance treatment strategies and provide clients with evidence-based care.

• Uphold a high standard of ethical practice and confidentiality in all client interactions, building trust and rapport with each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals within the detox setting who are undergoing significant challenges related to substance use and mental health disorders. This population often includes clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and recovery from addiction. Your compassionate approach will foster a safe space for these individuals to explore their feelings and progress toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An unrestricted and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in an outpatient or detox setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Proficiency in electronic health records and telehealth platforms to efficiently manage client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
