Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans incorporating specific therapeutic interventions and measurable goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting as needed.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions addressing a variety of life challenges, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care practices.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Work collaboratively with clients and their families to connect them with appropriate community resources and services that support their recovery and well-being.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness of the detox center’s services, building strong partnerships with local agencies.

• Participate actively in team meetings, suggesting improvements based on current best practices in social work.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a generous sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
