Key Responsibilities\n

The primary duties of the LCSW will include:

• Working directly with clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and screenings to determine individual needs.

• Developing and implementing integrated care plans that ensure access to necessary services and facilitate communication among clients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, actively assessing risk factors and deploying appropriate responses to safeguard clients’ wellbeing.

• Delivering focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique circumstances and requests of clients, ensuring all clients receive interventions that resonate with their personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
