Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your expertise to perform psychosocial evaluations and formulate independent diagnoses tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and preferences.

• Implement behavioral interventions grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and problem-solving therapy.

• Coordinate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Continuously monitor and track patient progress toward treatment goals through regular check-ins and evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications, focusing on adherence, potential side effects, and overall efficacy of treatment plans.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom are confronting substance use issues alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
