Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Restoration Counseling Center, you will engage in a variety of essential functions, including:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each child enrolled in early intervention services.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Monitoring child development outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary in response to ongoing assessments.

• Providing families with educational resources, strategies, and emotional support to foster the child’s development in alignment with the IFSP.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices within the Natural Learning Environment framework to enhance the learning experiences of children.

• Building rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a supportive and nurturing environment.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining a focus on ethical practices in all engagements.

• Sharing insights and best practices with colleagues in team meetings and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, assisting them in acquiring essential skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains during their formative years. Your role will involve direct interactions with families to devise tailored strategies that promote optimal child development and address specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
