Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Forge Recovery Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to inform the development of individualized treatment plans that may encompass both individual and group therapy.

• Administering therapeutic interventions that target the root causes of dependencies and promote mental health recovery.
\n
• Setting achievable treatment goals collaboratively with clients, adhering to both ethical and legal guidelines.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Participating in chart audits and collaborating with the clinical director to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance of documentation.

• Engaging in team meetings and clinical supervision to foster a united approach towards client care.

• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives that enhance our services and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following qualification criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications listed above, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• 2 to 3 years of experience working within social work, substance use treatment, or mental health service centers.

• Proficiency in using technology related to clinical care, including Microsoft Office Suite and KIPU Systems Client Management Software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong clinical and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
