Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments aimed at understanding the mental health concerns of clients. This process will involve analyzing strengths and challenges that clients face in their daily lives.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy. Each intervention will be tailored according to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of the clients we serve.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to aid clients in their recovery journey.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals, specific interventions, and regular progress monitoring to track client development over time.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to formulate holistic treatment strategies that address the broad spectrum of client needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including conducting thorough risk assessments and developing safety plans to help clients through challenging situations.

• Advocate for clients’ rights by connecting them with community resources and providing necessary case management support that enhances their access to further services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
