In this position, you will work remotely, enjoying the autonomy that comes with telehealth services while being integrated within a supportive team framework. The role is designed to provide a blend of individual, family, and group therapy sessions, allowing you to implement your therapeutic skills in varied contexts. Furthermore, our outpatient mental health clinic model prioritizes flexible scheduling, with workdays structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the individual or family dynamics.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation that meets clinical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a continuous flow of care.

• Engage in collaborative case management with medical providers, case managers, and fellow behavioral health staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Stay actively involved in professional development through participation in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training opportunities.

• Advocate for clients by facilitating linkages with community resources, empowering them to access additional support as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on children, adolescents, and their families within the school system, addressing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. You will play a crucial role in identifying early signs of distress and providing timely interventions that lead to improved psychological and academic outcomes. By addressing systemic barriers to care, you will help foster equity and access to necessary resources for diverse populations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada or be license-eligible.

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
