This position is fully remote, allowing our LCSWs to work from anywhere in Pennsylvania. Our outpatient office setting means that you will primarily engage in telehealth therapy sessions, interacting with clients via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing effective approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress notes and treatment updates in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and Pennsylvania licensing regulations.

• Participate in optional team meetings, peer consults, and ongoing professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external providers or community resources when necessary, promoting holistic care for clients.
