Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with our organization, your key responsibilities will involve the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments that guide treatment planning, ensuring individualized approaches for each client.

• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are managed with confidentiality and integrity.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s well-being.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance service quality and stay current with treatment methodologies.

• Providing education to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for additional support.

• Continuing professional development by keeping abreast of new research and trends in the mental health field and applying that knowledge to your clinical practice.

You will cater to a diverse patient population, from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range from USD 80,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
