Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to treat a diverse array of mental health conditions.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs, establish clear goals, and determine appropriate interventions.

• Engage in regular collaboration with the treatment team to ensure the delivery of coordinated, client-centered care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance client connectivity and mutual support.

• Provide crisis intervention and develop safety plans as needed, ensuring client well-being in urgent situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Good Karma Counseling Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems.
