Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, enabling effective treatment planning.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and metrics for client progress.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clients’ records are detailed and compliant.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared experiences among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
