Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and resources of students, ensuring that their unique needs are met.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and strategies tailored to each student’s situation.

• Collaborate closely with educational staff and parents to create a supportive atmosphere within the school, integrating mental health support with academic development.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, focusing on themes relevant to the school-aged population.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of students facing acute mental health challenges.

• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of therapeutic sessions and assessments, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
