Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health and psychosocial needs using established tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  Consistently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health interventions, adjusting strategies and approaches as necessary to support patient progress.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  Collaborate with patients and their families to craft comprehensive care plans that address individual goals, ensuring cultural sensitivity and appropriate resource allocation.

  Facilitate referrals to additional treatment providers, acting as a bridge between our patients and necessary support services.

  Engage in educational activities by mentoring students, interns, and other professionals, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

  Participate in team collaboration efforts, including clinical reviews, chart audits, and development support for fellow clinicians with supervision as needed.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to support new team members.
