Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients across various age groups.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapy sessions within the EMR system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients to maintain an updated calendar, ensuring that therapeutic needs are met in a timely manner.

• Engage with school staff, parents, and other providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with educational goals and support overall student well-being.

• Contribute to a collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and consultation sessions, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students and families dealing with various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and relationship dynamics. You will adapt your approaches to effectively address these diverse clinical presentations while fostering an atmosphere of trust and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid LCSW license permitting independent practice in New Jersey.
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural awareness, and excellent time-management skills.

• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to navigate the responsibilities of a full caseload while maintaining high standards of care.

• Minimum availability of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evening sessions to accommodate client scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples is highly valued.

• Experience in school-based mental health services or previous work within educational settings is a plus.

• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities and an ongoing commitment to professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation, along with:
