Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to assigned clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, while effectively utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Implement evidence-based interventions that are developmentally appropriate and focused on prevention, treatment, and recovery.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and family members to ensure cohesive care and support for students.

• Participate in case management, ensuring timely adjustments to care plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes following ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and resource referrals to students in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve children and adolescents, many of whom come from diverse backgrounds and face unique challenges due to their socio-economic status. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
