Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify emotional and behavioral issues affecting students' academic and social abilities.

• Develop, implement, and continuously update individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs in consultation with educational staff and parents.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, to assist students in developing coping strategies, building resilience, and enhancing emotional regulation.

• Conduct outreach and education sessions for students and families on mental health topics to promote awareness and access to available resources.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

This position focuses on working with school-age children and adolescents presenting diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
