Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, or couples using secure video conferencing tools.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and needs.

• Monitor client progress using evidence-based therapeutic interventions, making adjustments as necessary based on clinical feedback and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring all records are compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in optional peer consultations and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

• Coordinate care with referral sources when appropriate, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Adhere strictly to professional ethical guidelines as established by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW license in California.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting.

• Ability to provide therapy in a private, compliant environment conducive to client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits. We provide options for hourly or fee-for-service compensation, allowing for either W-2 or 1099 contractual agreements.
