Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals within an online platform specifically designed for individualized and group support. While much of the work can be completed from home, the position also includes interactions with local school staff, ensuring students receive comprehensive care. Flexible scheduling allows for the inclusion of evening and weekend hours, accommodating the needs of both clients and families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation workshops aimed at providing skills and knowledge to clients and their families.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary to manage acute mental health situations effectively.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with students in elementary, middle, and high schools dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. With a diverse and dynamic client base, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of adolescent mental health and the challenges they face both in and out of school.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in a school environment preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
