Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for students with a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns, setting the groundwork for individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each student, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, supporting both client care and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with educational staff, including teachers and school psychologists, to create a coordinated approach that supports the mental health and academic success of students.
\n
• Engaging in regular case consultations and supervision, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on the continuous improvement of therapeutic practices.

• Facilitating psychoeducation sessions for students and their families, promoting mental health awareness, available resources, and effective coping strategies.
\n
• Staying current with research and developments in social work and mental health, integrating new strategies into practice as appropriate.

• Managing a full caseload of clients and ensuring therapy goals are met effectively and efficiently while adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines set forth by the NASW.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on working with a diverse population of students who may present with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, to adjustment challenges. By providing empathetic and informed support, you will enhance not only their mental health but also their overall educational experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy in educational or outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a solid understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
