Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and expertise to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses for cases.

• Collaborate effectively with students and their families to develop personalized treatment plans focused on their unique emotional and social needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving strategies to enhance student outcomes.

• Coordinate care with other health professionals and school personnel to ensure an integrated approach to student well-being, including regular consultations and collaboration for holistic care.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate student progress towards treatment goals while adjusting strategies as necessary during follow-up appointments.

• Support the management of any psychotropic medications in collaboration with prescribing medical providers, including discussions around adherence, side effects, and effectiveness.

This role primarily focuses on supporting students within the educational system facing various mental health challenges.
