Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance, a core principle of our organizational culture. The position includes working within a structured schedule that accommodates both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts, from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to students, addressing their emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
\n
• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate emotional and mental health problems within your expertise, ensuring comprehensive assessment and intervention.
\n
• Design and implement targeted programs and activities that support students’ emotional and social development.
\n
• Facilitate cases requiring cognitive, affective, and behavioral health assistance, including crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships founded on trust, respect, and acceptance to foster a safe environment for clients.
\n
• Assess and document treatment effectiveness while maintaining up-to-date client records in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Efficiently manage a caseload to ensure consistent follow-up and continuity of care for each student.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds within the school system. Clients may experience a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and situational crises. Your role will empower them to navigate these difficulties in a supportive and understanding manner, enhancing their overall well-being and academic performance.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in the mental health field, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Previous experience in treating behavioral health conditions including mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
